We are excited to announce a new CharityMania program that should make HoopsMania even more fun
for your organization and exciting for your ticket holders! It is called the Guaranteed Winners
Program. The program ensures your organization has at least 4 winning tickets from among just your
ticket holders. We have run this program now for all of our major fundraisers and it has been a
great success. Not only has the program made the fundraisers more exciting for the ticket holders,
but it has been a great selling point for organizations when they promote the fundraiser to
potential ticket holders.
In the past, your organization may not have had a winning HoopsMania ticket simply due to the number
of tickets you activated and the luck of the draw. With the Guaranteed Winners Program, CharityMania
will ensure that your organization has at least 4 winners: one high-score winner and one low-score
winner in Contest 1 and in Contest 2. If you do not have a high (or low) scoring winning ticket in
either contest, then a $25 “Bonus Prize” will be awarded to your organization’s highest (or lowest)
scoring ticket. If one of your tickets is already a high or low score winner, then no Bonus Prize
is awarded for that particular prize.
Please note that the Guaranteed Winners Program is completely optional. If you choose to opt into the
program, you will be charged an additional one-time flat fee based on the number of tickets you
activate as of the HoopsMania ticket activation deadline (the day before the start of the fundraiser in
March). This fee will cover a portion of the guaranteed prize money that will
awarded to your ticket holders. The fees are as follows:

If your organization would like to opt into the program please check the box below and click "save"
at least 2 days before the start of the fundraiser. When your official invoice is
issued at the start of the fundraiser, the Guaranteed Winners Program cost will be broken
out into a separate line item. Once again, organizations must activate at least 100 tickets
to be eligible for the program.
